Genevieve Velicaria-Guevarra, Assistant Secretary for Agribusiness, Marketing and Consumer Affairs ng DA.
“We come to the close of the month-long celebration of the Filipino Food Month. Despite the challenges that’s been coming in terms of budgets and in terms of different of task of being able to be more guarding our financial expenses, we are glad that we were able to navigate and traverse the whole celebration loaded with a day-to-day celebration that had been supported by the different agencies,” ani Tellano.
“Nakikita po natin na if we pull together all our resources and our efforts, our activities would really be giving a big bang. So, the whole month celebration was really feeding our taste with a lot of variety of cuisines and experiences that we have in celebration,” dagdag pa ni Tellano.
“Nandito na naman tayo sa isang closing yet another beginning of the Filipino Food Month for 2027. We take on this challenge and definitely this Filipino Food Month. Let us take, a little moment para po bigyan ng pasasalamat, of course ang NCCA for a very wonderful 2026 Filipino Food Month. Sana mahigitan pa natin ito for next year. Sana it will be better, bolder, and definitely more of providing better opportunities for Filipino food to be truly recognized not only here in our country but also to the world,” ani Atty. Velicaria-Guevarra.
